Shenyang New Century Vacuum (NCV) industry Co.,ltd was founded in 1993,and was located in Nanhu hi-tech development zone. Our company is the member of national vacuum technology standardization technology committee and participates in the preparing of the electrical industry vacuum application solution.NCV has been working on the R&S,manufacturing of the vacuum equipment and committed to the application of the electrical insulating materials under vacuum condition for over 20 years.

Product Application

● Epoxy resin vacuum casting equipment series

Mainly used for the resin impregnation and encapsulating of electric apparatus coil , the applications range from transformer ,reactor，instrument transformer, high voltage insulator, high voltage cable connector, discharge coil, Ignition coil, motors, electric welding machine, nuclear electric actuation mechanism driving motors, maglev trains long stator、Tokomak low temperature fully superconducting coil；

● Voltage transformation vacuum drying equipment series

Mainly used for the vacuum drying of high voltage transformer, high voltage instrument transformer, electrical capacitor and other high voltage appliance.

● Vacuum oiling equipment series

Mainly used for the vacuum oiling of high voltage transformer, high voltage instrument transformer, electrical capacitor and other high voltage appliance.

● Transformer oil vacuum treating equipment series

Mainly used for the filtering ,dehydration, degassing of the transformer.

● Vacuum pressurized impregnation equipment

Mainly applied to the coil impregnation of the transformer and motor etc.

Curing oven series are the supplementary products of the epoxy resin vacuum casting equipment.

Large thermostatic oven for the instrument transformer, mainly used for the vacuum oiling of the high voltage instrument transformer, the oven is also called instrument transformer finished oven.
